Stir-fry beef with Thai basil

【Ingredients】
400g             Flank steak
2 pc              Carrots
2 cloves        Garlic
30g               Ginger
1 pc              Fresh onion
1 handful      Thai basil leaves

【Seasoning】
2 tsp               Brown sugar
1 tsp               Fish sauce
2 tbsp             PRB premium deluxe light soy sauce
1 tbsp             PRB’s Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce
1/2 tsp            Chili paste
1 tbsp             sesame oil

【Preparation】
1.   Thinly slice the steak, peel and cut the carrots into thin sticks, peel and chop the garlic and ginger.
2.   In a ramekin, mix sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and the chili paste.
3.   Heat the sesame oil in a wok. When it is hot, pour the garlic, ginger and carrots. Stir-fry over high heat for five minutes stirring frequently. 
4.   Add the beef, stir-fry for two minutes more and add the sauce. Leave it for another minute or two. Add few basil leaves before serving.
