Pan Fried Duck Breast with Lemon Orange Juice

【Ingredients】

1 pc     Lemon 
1 pc     Orange 
300g    Duck breast  
1 pc     Cucumber 

【Marinade sauce】
1 tbsp         Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce      
1 tbsp         Pearl River Bridge Rice vinegar                  
5g               Sea salt                                        
2 tbsp         Honey                                         
some          Black Pepper                                   

【Methods】
1.   Marinate the duck breast with Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce and sea salt for at least 1 hour.
2.   Heat the pan and fry each side of duck breast for 1 minute, then roast in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
3.   Cut the orange and the lemon, squeeze the juice. Keep the lemon peel and slice into pieces.
4.   Pour the lemon and orange juice into a bowl, add Pearl River Bridge Rice vinegar, honey, and mix well.
5.   Slice the duck breast, pour the sauce, and garnish with some lemon peels.
