Pad See Yew

【Ingredients】
2 tbsp          Oil
3 cloves       Garlic
300g            Rice noodles (wide)
200g            Chicken (or any meat of your choice), thinly sliced
50g              Broccoli
1pc              Egg
2 tbsp          PRB Premium Deluxe Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp          PRB’s Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce
½ tsp           Sugar
Some           Chili pepper
Some           Pepper

【Preparation】
1.   Submerge wide rice noodles in a bowl of warm water and soak until they're pliable but still rather firm, about 15 minutes. Drain them well and set aside. 
2.   Mince 3 cloves of garlic, cut the broccoli into small pieces.
3.   Heat the wok over medium heat and add about 2 tbsp of oil. Add minced garlic in the wok. Stir-fry the garlic for 10 seconds.
4.   Add the chicken to the wok and stir-fry it for about a minute until the chicken is golden. Reduce the heat, add rice noodles, broccoli, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. 
5.   With a spatula, stir around and gently fold them. Cook them around 1 to 2 minutes. Add some oil if necessary. 
6.   Set the noodles in one side of the wok and add the egg in another side. Stir well until everything is blended. Cook in high heat for 30 seconds. 
7.   Add some pepper and spice before serving.
